Borsche has a complete manufacturing system of CCTV camera. Today we will introduce some main machines for you.

1.SMT automatic machineWe have 2 sets which are imported from Japan. We design our own PCB board, and solder the electric parts. This is the kind of machine which mounts the parts on the PCB boards. It saves cost and is easier to control the quality.

2.Reflow Soldering OvenIt is a kind of huge oven which has over 5 different temperature zones. Different temperatures make the soldering firm and safe.

3.Programmable Temp and Humi ChamberIt is a very important test machine in CCTV manufacturing. This machine can program the temperature, humility and time to test the working status of cameras.

4.Waterproof Test MachineIt is to test the waterproof function to make sure our IP66 cameras are complied with IP standard.

5.Ultrasonic Welding MachineThis machine is to welding the housing of power supply, video balum, etc.

6.Automatic soldering machineThis machine is to solder LED boards or other PCB boards. It is to increase the quality of the soldering and the efficiency.
