Today, we will talk about the assembling procedures of Borsche CCTV camera.
The components of CCTV camera are PCB board, lens, housing and output cables. The PCB board carries CCD and DSP chips which are the most important parts in CCTV camera.
We have our own SMT machines in a separated room. Most of mounted parts are joined on PCB boards at the SMT lines. When the PCB boards have been finished, they are sent to the assembling workshop and tested by QC. Once there is no problem, we keep them in the ageing room for 12 hours. Because we should make sure the PCB boards work well. Then we composite the PCB board, lens and housing along with IR LEDs when we produce IR series. IR LEDs and light sensitivity resister are joined on a PCB board.
Borsche use the LEDs which are imported from Taiwan. After that we will do some tests, such as temperature tests, humidity tests and also waterproof tests. We must make sure every our product can work at certain temperature and humidity, such as temperature of -20℃ to 40℃ and humidity of 95%.
Once the composition is finished, we keep the products in the aging room for at least 48 hours. When the aging test finished, QC will inspect the CCTV cameras 100%. Finally when the packing is finished, QC will inspect products randomly. Once the finished products pass the final test, they are allowed to be stocked.
