Ususlly, we make the promotion for CCTV camera by emails. And customers will place order also by email. As people can not place the order for CCTV camera face by face. So before you buy CCTV cameras, we will ask you so many questions in email and it takes time for you to ansawer them. You may wonder why there are so many quesitons? Here I’d like to tell you by some examples.
First Question
We may ask what’s your TV system for CCTV camera? Usually in the CCTV camera there are two styles, one is PAL and the other is NTSC. If in your conuntry the TV system is PAL, and you buy the CCTV cameras in NTSC system, you will meet big problems. You will find the image will be rolling or filciker.
Second Question,
In Borsche, we have two kinds of packing styles for CCTV cameras, One is BORSCHE packing, with BORSCHE logo and gift box. Sure, we will do the silk screen printing logo on the camera body. And we also have the neutral packing style for CCTV camera, which means the cameras are packed without logo and gift box. Of course, we can do the OEM for you.
So from above examples, if we do not have these answers, it will be hard for us to finish the order correctly. So we need your help.
