Solutions for DVR

DVR , as an important part for surveillance systems, the main role is to monitor and storage. It’s the most indispensable equipment in security monitoring project. 

In the process of installing and using, how to solve the problem once occurred? Below I would give some explanation for different situation.

Question 1: Why it will show blue screen, crash or restart?
Normally it’s conflicted by software or hardware compatibility, please check the system is whether clear or any hardware conflicted. Please be strictly to install the DVR accordance with instructions.  

Question 2: Why can’t record video?
First: forget to set recording (Continual recording, Mobile recording ), You can find the Record setting.
Second: the capacity of disk-space is not enough, please scan it.

Question 3: How to add more users to the DVR?
Set- the User options
User right: Parameters setting, Playback, Record, Exit, Minimize, and Remote control.

Question 4: Why system halted once connected PTZ?
When connecting RS485 Cable to PTZ, the PTZ will move around, at this time the image will lead to the source of CPU increasing. If connect more PTZs, it will lead systems crash.

Question 5: How to use the Dynamic IP function?
Initiate “DDNS”, Fill in your realm name ,then register, if present” already registered, failed ”, Please change another realm name. After registering successfully, you can visit the DVR through Outer Internet.
